Hi there! I'm Sam, nice to meet you!

I may not be a professional baker or pastry chef, but for over half of my life, I've been baking homemade goods ranging from cookies to cakes to breads for friends, family, and for events as well. For two years, I was apart of the baking and pastry program at Hunterdon County Polytech and during that time, I participated in the SkillsUSA competition for commercial baking and got 3rd place out of 30. Along with that, I've taken several food and beverage management courses as well. On and off I've thought about opening myself up to taking orders and selling my baked goods to anyone who's interested, and now here I am, finally doing this.
